Sea Temperature: ok
Weather: Sunny, no clouds

Distance Covered:

Wind was blowing its socks off all night. Headed to beach shortly after high tide to avoid the worst of the shorebreak. Wind cross shore with a hint of offshore. Howling. Waves were logo high on the sets and peeling nicely. Got caught in the rip and a lull on the first launch, second attempt squeaked over the sets!! Then it was sail out to sea and get on the face of a big one. Easy down the line in long carving speed runs as much as lots of top turns. Loads of wind on the face. Must have had 30 decent rides in 2.5 hours. As tide dropped, the swell decreased to chest/ head high, but the wind went more offshore so it was still worthy.
